No pets are allowed at Safari Country. Visitors with pets will not be allowed to open their windows in the fields. Those who are found with their windows open, will be escorted out of the field. No pets are allowed out of the vehicle at any given time. Domestic animals present potential health and safety risks to our animals, along with undue stress.

If you require a service animal to be with you, please inquire with staff before hand.

Do you have restrooms?

Yes! Our on-site restrooms are open and are sanitized frequently. Please note, they are portable restrooms.

What kind of animals will we see?

We bring you a variety of animals including mostly mammals. See our animal facts section for more information. Our park is home to over 100 animals and over 30 different species. CLICK HERE TO SEE OUR ANIMALS!

Can we feed the animals

Our animals receive a specialty feed that is formulated to our exact specifications and approved by the U.S.D.A. This feed is available for purchase at the park.  No other food allowed.

Can we go through multiple times?

For an additional $5, vehicles may be admitted for same day re-entry to the park!

How does the weather affect you being open?

Wisconsin can experience a wide variety of unpredictable weather. We are open rain or shine unless it causes potential harm to our guests or animals. Please refer to our home page or call us if you have questions about if we are open.

Do you allow special groups to visit the park?

Yes, we welcome various group visits from nursing homes to daycares. Please contact us via email with the details of your visit so we can schedule accordingly and ensure we can accommodate the needs of your visit.

Can I drive my convertible through the park?

All vehicles must be fully enclosed (roofs and doors) to access the park since most of the animals are free-roaming and may approach your vehicle. Guests must be seated within the vehicle which includes not sitting on your window ledges or on top of your vehicle.
